  Loved them the first time we took our cat in for a hair cut (super cute), but then we tried to schedule another appointment and can't believe the hassle. Scheduled online to take our cat in on my day off and then got a voicemail saying that appointment time wasn't actually available (even though their online system said it was) and they arbitrarily scheduled us for another appointment the following week. Which didn't work for us. So we called back and asked to reschedule but they said they can't do any scheduling over the phone; only online. So I made an appointment online. Same thing happened. Got a voicemail saying that appointment wasn't really available and they arbitrarily rescheduled us to some other date. Which didn't work for us (sorry, but we have jobs and a family and can't just come in at their whim), and when we "no showed" to the appointment THEY MADE without any input from us, we got a voicemail saying since we no showed TWICE (huh??), our cat is banned from ever coming there again. Talk about moronic.

  Just adopted 2 amazing kittens. The staff was great even though we arrived right before closing. They let us shop for kitten supplies before we left even though it was after closing.
