  I have had the pleasure of using Dr. Olsen and Dr. Lavalle to care for my cats for years. There is nobody better. They are innovative and always on the cutting edge, making them able to solve problems other vets cannot. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else!

  Dr. Lavallee treated me with courtesy and respect, and talked with me in detail about all of my concerns—not just the ones that directly applied to my specific cats that I brought in that day, but all cats. She answered all of my questions fully and asked repeatedly if I had any more questions—it was obviously important to her that I was fully informed. She treated both of my cats with respect and affection, and I couldn't have treated them better myself. Nurse Sue is wonderful. Wholeheartedly recommend.

  "Cat Specialist" has many meanings for us and our cat, The name stands for a team that's beyond wonderful. From the most excellent doctor who's the daughter of the founder to the most recent hire of less experience, the Team is dedicated to their patients in ways that have to be experienced to be fully appreciated. There can be no other cats in this country who receive better care. And it's care delivered with love. The only words that ought to be added are "Thank you" from Pouss and his "parents".
